What you’ll need for outdoor class:
Yoga mat
Yoga mat towel or hand towel in case you sweat
Water to sip
Sunblock if outside
Extra clothing for outside practice, in case the practice starts out chilly
Helpful hints:
I recommend trying to take a hot shower before class to loosen up your muscles. You might wear layers of yoga clothing that can be peeled off as you begin to warm up. The Hot 26X2 class is usually practiced in a room heated to 106 degrees, but we will work with the great outdoors. As the summer temperatures climb and there’s more humidity in the air, you will find that the outdoor practice is likely to make you sweat. Prepare by hydrating before class to prevent cramping muscles and dizziness.
