What you’ll need for class:
Yoga mat
2 yoga blocks - cork or foam (or 2 stacks of books) on which to rest/support parts of your body in some postures
2 yoga blankets (or any kind of throw blankets or large bath/beach towels)
Bolster (or firm bed/couch pillow wrapped in blanket or towel) to support the body, arms or legs for some postures
Device to play the prepared Spotify playlist or a low-blowing fan for background noise — or maybe you just prefer silence as background while I gently guide you through the postures with my voice
Water to sip
WEDNESDAY — Virtual Yin Yoga Class - 7:30PM
