Outdoor Classes Are Back — SATURDAYS @ 12:00
Please note: this year, our Outdoor “Hot” 26X2 Yoga classes on the front lawn of Bradford Elementary School in Upper Montclair are at 12:00 Noon on Saturdays.
Should there be unexpected rain, strong winds, or temperatures below 50 degrees, the outdoor class will be cancelled.
Please wear layers of loose clothing, including socks (preferably with grip on sock bottoms) that you can peel off as your muscles begin to warm up. Bring a yoga mat, a towel to spread out on your mat, water to sip, and maybe sunblock.
A donation of $10 is welcomed but NEVER required — via Venmo (@Cassie-Bollinger1) or Zelle (payment through email: cbollinger42@gmail.com or Cell # 973-632-6369). The most important thing is to come together as a community OUTSIDE for as long as we can until cold winter weather sets in! Hope you can join me in the Hot 26X2 yoga practice outdoors whenever possible on Saturdays at Noon throughout the spring, summer, and fall of 2024.
